In 2015, she returned to the stage and picked up her previous place of competing in top competitions such as The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. She competed for several more years and set new goals every year. She was awarded four more fitness awards by the end 2009. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion. This made her among the young IFBB Fitness Pro (age 17) ever. Ariel took six years off from competition after earning her pro-card to complete her undergraduate education. Her first appearance as an IFBB Fitness Pro was held at the Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. In the end, she placed 3rd in the competition. The summer of 2016 she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow and as a result - qualified to compete in the Fitness Olympia. It was on the Olympia stage three months later taking home 6th place at the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectations and was happy with her performance. The competition was among the very best. Ariel's physique is improving every year. Ariel loves to work out her back. The most she does is bent-over rows or single arm lat pull-downs (on an exercise machine), pull-ups and seated-rows. She usually warms up first and then proceeds on to the work outs. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. This is accomplished by creating all of the back exercises she does, doing up to four or three supersets of between 10 and 12 reps. It is recommended to do this kind of routine twice per week, with one day being lighter weight and another day that is heavy.
